CİHAN TÜRSEN, attorney at law, is ’78 Graduate of the İstanbul University – Faculty of Law.

After the internship in the Birsel Law Office, founded the Legal Counselling and Law Office in 1980.

      While we pursue our practise and our culture and knowledge of Law with the continual and newly

regulating legislations, academic studies and doctrine, high court decisions and comprehensive

research techniques;

      Our Office, which strengthened itself by cooperating with universities, trade associations,

chambers, and technical consultation supports, carry on with our operations care institutional

reputation management and with the responsibility of a citizen.
